Overview

Dossier is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: MCP server for dossier automation standard - enables LLMs to discover, verify, and execute dossiers. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Dossier's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the npm package @ai-dossier/mcp-server speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v1.0.4, published under the AGPL-3.0 license, with source at imboard-ai/ai-dossier on GitHub.
