Overview

Delx Living Body is a Model Context Protocol server that auto-detects installed wellness connectors and composes them into a unified body data layer. It functions as a meta-MCP, letting AI assistants access wellness data through callable tools rather than manual app switching.

The server runs locally via the npm package delx-living-body, communicating over stdio on your machine. Installation uses npx -y delx-living-body with no authentication required. The latest release is v0.3.0, published under the MIT license with source code at davidmosiah/delx-living-body on GitHub.
