DECIMER MCP Server

Overview

DECIMER MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: MCP server for DECIMER image-to-SMILES chemical structure recognition. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the Python package decimer-mcp-server (via uvx) speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v0.1.4, published under the MIT license, with source at DocMinus/DecimerMCPServer on GitHub.
