data-breach-detector

Overview

data-breach-detector is a Model Context Protocol server that provides read-only breach intelligence spanning from 2007 to today. It reports whether an organization has been breached without exposing the underlying data, giving MCP-compatible AI assistants direct access to breach history and threat intelligence. Any compatible model can call the server's tools to check breach status during conversations or agent runs.

You can use data-breach-detector in two ways: connect to the hosted endpoint at https://breach.seiche.info/mcp without any local setup, or install it locally via uvx data-breach-detector on your own machine. No authentication is required. The latest release is v0.3.2 under the MIT license, with full source code available at beepboop2025/data-breach-detector on GitHub.
