Overview

Customerio Journeys Track is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Track customer data, manage audience segments, and trigger personalized campaigns. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Customerio Journeys Track's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.
