Control AutoCAD MCP Server

Overview

Control AutoCAD MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol server that lets AI assistants command AutoCAD directly. It exposes tools for executing AutoCAD commands, reading and editing the drawing database, running AutoLISP scripts, and generating PDF plots—all through natural language prompts to Claude, Cursor, VS Code, and other MCP clients.

The server runs locally on your machine via the npm package @dmytro-prototypes/control-mcp-server, installed with npx -y @dmytro-prototypes/control-mcp-server. No authentication is required. Current release is v0.1.16. Learn more at https://cad-control.dmytro-prototypes.net.
