Overview

Clipboard History MCP is a Model Context Protocol server that lets Claude read your clipboard directly. It organizes clipboard entries by type and encrypts sensitive data, giving AI assistants secure access to your clipboard history as callable tools instead of requiring manual copy-paste workflows. Available for macOS and Linux.

The server runs locally with no authentication required and works out of the box. It is released under the MIT license at version v0.5.0-alpha.0, with source code available at d-khomenko/clipboard-history-mcp on GitHub.

Clipboard History MCP appears in the AI & Agents category on mcp.site and integrates with any MCP client, including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain this server, claim this listing to verify ownership and keep information up to date.
