CLIO Ndp

Overview

CLIO Ndp is a Model Context Protocol server that enables searching and discovering datasets across the National Data Platform. It integrates directly into AI assistants as tools, allowing models to access and query NDP resources on your behalf.

The server runs locally via the clio-kit Python package, installed with uvx clio-kit. It communicates over stdio and requires no authentication to get started. Version v2.2.3 is available under the BSD-3-Clause license, with full source code at iowarp/clio-kit on GitHub, where the project has 26 stars.
