Overview

ClaudeR - RStudio MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Connect RStudio to AI assistants for interactive R coding and data analysis. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call ClaudeR - RStudio MCP Server's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.
