Claude Remind Mcp

Overview

Claude Remind Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that lets you search your past Claude Code conversations using local BM25 full-text search over JSONL files. It integrates seamlessly with Claude Code's one-click resume feature, making it easy to find and reference previous work without leaving your editor.

The server runs entirely on your machine using the npm package claude-remind-mcp, which communicates via stdio. Installation is a single command: npx -y claude-remind-mcp. No authentication or external services are needed. Version v0.1.1 is available now under the MIT license, with full source code at emretheus/claude-remind-mcp on GitHub.
