Claude Memory Manager

Overview

Claude Memory Manager is a Model Context Protocol server that enables cross-session memory for Claude Code through context capture, semantic search, and recall capabilities. By speaking the Model Context Protocol, Claude Code and other AI assistants can access memory tools directly rather than requiring manual context management between sessions.

The server runs locally on your machine via the Python package claude-memory-manager, installed with uvx claude-memory-manager. It requires no authentication or credentials and operates over stdio with MCP clients. Version v0.1.1 is the latest release, published under the MIT license with source code hosted at NyxToolsDev/claude-memory-manager on GitHub.
