Overview

Claude KVM is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: MCP server — control remote desktops via VNC with a native Swift daemon and Apple Vision OCR. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use Claude KVM as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.

It runs locally: the npm package claude-kvm speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need VNC_HOST, VNC_PORT, CLAUDE_KVM_DAEMON_PATH. The current release is v2.0.12, published under the MIT license, with source at ARAS-Workspace/claude-kvm on GitHub, where it has earned 16 stars.
