Overview

Claude Find is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Pull Deep Memory from across your Claude Code Sessions — when you need it. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use Claude Find as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.
