Chartforge

Overview

Chartforge is an MCP server that transforms natural language into stunning charts and diagrams. By connecting to your AI assistant, it exposes chart generation as a tool your model can invoke directly, letting you describe what you want to visualize and have it created on the fly.

The server runs locally on your machine via the npm package chartforge-mcp, communicating over stdio. It requires an API key for authentication. The latest release is v0.1.1, with full source code available at crawde/chartforge-mcp on GitHub.
