Chart Canvas

Overview

Chart Canvas is a Model Context Protocol server that creates interactive visualizations and queries data sources including SQLite, CSV, Parquet, and JSON. It integrates directly with AI assistants as an MCP tool, letting your model invoke visualization and data operations on demand.

The server runs locally via the npm package @gluip/chart-canvas-mcp, which communicates with your MCP client over stdio. No authentication is required—install and run immediately. The latest release is v0.3.2, available under the MIT license with source code at gluip/chart-canvas on GitHub.
