Overview

Cadlens Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that wraps the CADLens REST API, letting AI assistants work with CAD data and engineering models. It exposes CADLens functionality as tools your model can invoke directly, bringing CAD capabilities into your AI workflow.

The server runs locally via the npm package @cadlens/mcp-server, communicating over stdio. You'll need to provide your CADLENS_API_KEY through environment variables to authenticate.
