Bounceprotect is a Model Context Protocol server that brings email validation and SMTP verification directly into Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Claude Code. Any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Bounceprotect's tools during conversations or agent runs, letting the model decide when validation is needed.

The server runs locally via the npm package @bounceprotect/mcp, which communicates over stdio on your machine. Installation is simple with npx -y @bounceprotect/mcp. You'll need to provide YOUR_API_KEY through environment variables to authenticate with the service. The latest release is v1.0.3, with full source code available at bounceprotect/bounceprotect-mcp on GitHub.
