Boltwork

Overview

Boltwork is a Model Context Protocol server that brings AI services via Bitcoin Lightning directly into your workflow. It offers PDF summarisation, code review, translation, and more as tools that any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call on demand — the model decides when to use them based on the conversation or task at hand.

The server runs locally on your machine via the Python package boltwork-mcp, installed through uvx. It communicates with MCP clients over stdio and requires an API key for authentication. The latest release is v0.1.12, with full source code available at Squidboy30/boltwork-mcp on GitHub.
