Overview

Bitcoin MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: 49 Bitcoin tools for AI agents: fees, mempool, blocks, mining, price. Zero config. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use Bitcoin MCP as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.

It runs locally: the Python package bitcoin-mcp (via uvx) speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. The current release is v0.5.1, published under the MIT license, with source at Bortlesboat/bitcoin-mcp on GitHub.
