Bimwright

Overview

Bimwright is an MCP gateway for Autodesk Revit 2022-2027 that enables AI assistants to interact with Revit through callable tools. It provides toolset gating and transaction-safe batch execution, allowing you to work with your BIM models directly from Claude and other AI clients without manual app switching.

The server runs locally on your machine via the Bimwright.Rvt.Server NuGet package, communicating over stdio with no authentication required. Version v0.3.0 is available under the Apache-2.0 license with source code hosted at bimwright/rvt-mcp on GitHub.
