axe MCP Server

Overview

axe MCP Server is the official Model Context Protocol server for Axe DevTools for Web. It lets any MCP-compatible AI assistant call Axe's accessibility testing tools directly, with the model choosing when to use them during conversations or agent runs.

The server runs locally via Docker. Start it with docker run -i --rm docker.io/dequesystems/axe-mcp-server:v1.0.2, which communicates over stdio on your machine. No authentication is needed—it works immediately after setup. The latest release is v1.0.2, with source code available at dequelabs/axe-mcp-server-public on GitHub.
