Attest Mcp

Overview

Attest Mcp is a credential enforcement middleware for Model Context Protocol servers that verifies scoped tokens on every tool call. By implementing MCP, it allows AI assistants to enforce authentication and authorization policies directly through the protocol without manual intervention.

The server runs locally via the npm package @attest-dev/mcp and requires no authentication to get started. Install it with npx -y @attest-dev/mcp. The current release is v0.1.0 under the Apache-2.0 license, with source code available at chudah1/attest-dev on GitHub.
