Apple Health Mcp

Overview

Apple Health Mcp is an unofficial local-first MCP server that lets you work with Apple Health export data through AI assistants. Once installed, it exposes your health data as tools that Claude, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients can invoke directly, keeping everything on your machine.

The server runs locally via the npm package apple-health-mcp-unofficial, installed with npx -y apple-health-mcp-unofficial. No credentials or external services are needed. Version v0.5.0 is released under the MIT license, with source code available at davidmosiah/apple-health-mcp on GitHub.
