Alephant Mcp

Overview

Alephant Mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Alephant MCP server for AI cost control, BYO-key routing, 50+ providers, and 320+ models. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Alephant Mcp's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the npm package @alephantai/mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need ALEPHANT_API_BASE_URL. The current release is v0.1.3, with source at AlephantAI/alephant-mcp on GitHub.
