Airmcp

Overview

Airmcp is a Model Context Protocol server that brings governed automation to the Apple ecosystem on macOS. It exposes Apple system capabilities as tools that AI assistants can invoke with per-call approval, letting you control your Mac safely through Claude and other MCP clients.

The server runs locally on your machine via npx -y airmcp with no authentication required. It's built on the airmcp npm package, currently at version v2.16.1, released under the MIT license. The source code lives at heznpc/AirMCP on GitHub, where the project has 16 stars.
