Agent Swarm

Overview

Agent Swarm is an MCP server that brings full Agent Swarm API capabilities and multi-agent orchestration to your AI assistant. It uses local SQLite storage to manage agent teams, memory, and coordination. Any MCP-compatible client can call Agent Swarm's tools directly—the model decides when and how to use them in conversations or agentic workflows.

You can connect to the hosted endpoint at https://{swarm_host}/mcp or install locally via npx -y @desplega.ai/agent-swarm. You'll need an AGENT_SWARM_API_KEY to authenticate. The current release is v1.135.2, published under the MIT license with source code at desplega-ai/agent-swarm on GitHub, where the project has 731 stars.
