Agent Gate

Overview

Agent Gate is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Local mandate gate and proof trail for AI agents that take consequential actions. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Agent Gate's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the npm package forge-agent-gate speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need FORGE_TENANT_ID. The current release is v0.1.5.
